W1 3:00pm – 4:15pm “Fundamental Exercises”
Exercises to develop individual’s balance, to improve tango walk, ochos, giros & molinette; key elements to achieve a comfortable embrace and to improve synchronization in movements.
W2 4:30pm – 5:45pm “Tango, Vals & Milonga”
What are the differences and similarities? Tango vs Vals; Tango vs Milonga.
6:00pm – 7:00pm Pizza Dinner with Open Discussion on Milonga Etiquettes / Mirada, cabeceo, line of dance, floor crafts, etc. (Pre-register only, no drop in for dinner.)
W3 7:15pm – 8::30pm Tango*
W4 8:45pm – 10:00pm Vals*
W5 10:15pm – 11:30pm Milonga*
*For W3, W4, W5, there will be a discussion of the basic structure of each dance, what to do when path is blocked / at corners / how to make it interesting – different options for beginners and options for advance dancers will be presented. Partners recommended.

María Inés Bogado is a dancer, artist, and teacher of Argentine tango. For over 20 years she has dedicated herself to her dance, ultimately winning the title of World Champion in Tango Salón in 2010. Among others Rosa Forte and Carlos Perez played a key role in her career as trusted teachers.
Orlando Reyes was born in Bogota, Colombia. He has been a professional dancer and teacher of Argentine Tango for sixteen years. With background in classical ballet, he has studied Tango in Buenos Aires and in New York with renowned tango masters.
